Office
All of our office staff are housed under the same roof. This makes communication and coordination much easier and efficient. The heart of the office is the administrative staff up front. Two full time administrative assistants handle the bulk of the documentation, record keeping, and reception duties. They also ensure that the quote process is carried out consistently and efficiently.
Accounting, billing, compliance, and quote verification duties are shared by two more office employees. Any quote that Ranco provides is double checked through the front office to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ranco President, Pat Reno, oversees the office and ensures that we are all operating with the same end in mind, to provide a superior customer experience.
